Food
Attractive and Intelligent.
Our food packaging serves as a freshness protector, information carrier, and marketing tool all in one. For us, packaging is not just packaging. High-quality food requires a presentation that whets the appetite. As a communicator and information carrier, the packaging plays an important role.
In short: At Schwarzach Packaging, packaging becomes an appetizer. Thanks to our clever opening mechanisms, your food stays fresh for a long time.
Schwarzach Packaging is certified according to BRCGS Packaging Materials and GMP. With our expertise and years of experience, we not only adapt to the constantly changing requirements but also lead the way.
A HEALTHY SEED IS IN A HEALTHY SHELL.
In packaging solutions for fruit & vegetables, we focus on environmentally high-quality and absolutely food-safe materials.
Whether printed or die-cut: When it comes to fruit & vegetables, we prioritize the protection and natural integrity of the product.
For every jar and bottle, the right label.
Single-use or reusable bottles? From spirits, wine, and sparkling wine to coffee and food products—we offer suitable labels for every area, including a variety of finishing options.
And we go even further! Whether die-cut, cut and stacked, made from paper or plastic, our solutions are customized.
Paper is just the beginning.
In our pursuit of exceptional quality and creative diversity, we not only rely on conventional printing techniques but also on the use of high-quality accents such as color pigments, metallic pigments, and coatings.
These elements give our printed products an unmatched elegance and a touch of sophistication.
The art of gluing
In the gluing process, the packaging is shaped into its three-dimensional form. Setting up the highly complex gluing machines requires a lot of finesse.
Once that is complete, the individual packages race through the gluing machines at enormous speed and are then packed in a flat state.
We produce according to the standards of the European Carton Makers Association (ECMA). These define a collection of standardized die-cut packaging and folding boxes.
The dimensions are variable, allowing us to develop almost any shape and folding box tailored specifically to your product.
Better taste neutral.
The Robinson test evaluates packaging materials for sensitive foods for odor and taste neutrality according to DIN EN 1230-2. This test is regularly conducted in our laboratory.
The printed packaging material is hermetically sealed with the test food in jars. After a precisely defined period, the taste test is performed by an internally assembled testing group.
